I have gotten my autism (high functioning) diagnosis very late (just before my 18th birthday) I feel like it is really effecting me now.I can't seem to concentrate I feel overwhelmed and distracted by my surroundings I feel sensory overwhelmed. In GCSE that wasn't much of a problem as we had no frees and there wasn't that much work anyway.I can't focus at school very well I asked for a quiet room but was denied the request.I can't focus at home, I keep spending all my time getting my surroundings in order as I can't focus when the house isn't cleaned entirely.

I have also suffered from depression for 2 years.I am currently on medication.Currently I am not studying at all my exams are coming up soon.

Have you tried going to a nearby library?

It's common that they're relatively quiet and you've got mostly everything you need there, especially if they have computers.
They may also have some computers tucked away in a corner for example so you can only really look at a wall leading to you not being as distracted.

There's always somewhere you can go, even if you're finding it hard to focus, pressing on and just working through a past paper for an extra hour than intended will still help.
Hope you do well, good luck.
