A Boston-area judge and her trial court officer are facing up to 20 years in prison after they helped an undocumented immigrant escape the grasp of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in April 2018, according to an indictment unsealed Thursday.

For short, a judge allowed someone to escape through the back door to avoid being picked up by ICE. This judge comes from the same stable as many others who have been funded and primed all the way in their careers by someone to go and occupy key positions in society, where they can promote abortion and illegal immigration among other things. Kim Foxx is another, the one who let Jussett off the hook.

As for the efforts to dampen the episode by their network, they're all moaning this is an assault on Court independence, that it's outrageous to have the judge prosecuted, no mention whatsoever of the nature of the 'illegal immigrant and the charges, none of that matters. This is what they look like, courtesy of CNN:

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey said the indictment was "a radical and politically motivated attack on our state and the independence of our courts" and that the matter could have been handled by the state Commission on Judicial Conduct and the Trial Court.

"It is a bedrock principle of our constitutional system that federal prosecutors should not recklessly interfere with the operation of state courts and their administration of justice," she said in a statement.

Carol Rose, executive director of the ACLU of Massachusetts, called the case "preposterous, ironic, and deeply damaging to the rule of law" and said it had "everything to do with enforcing the president's anti-immigrant agenda."

We live in the age of misinformation, we can see it spring from every corner when somebody in the organization gets found out.

She allowed the escape of a man wanted for drink driving and drug offences.

That isn't political, she broke the law and deserves to face it.

What’s ironic is that people are calling the indictment politically motivated; it would be more appropriate to call the actions of the judge politically motivated, the indictment is simply an attempt at upholding the rule of law.

As for this being part of the president’s ‘anti-immigrant agenda’; when is this silly lie going to stop? Trump, as far as I’m aware, has no issue with immigration, he has an issue with illegal (being the key word) immigration. While he’s very vocal about illegal immigration he’s still not very good at deporting people. At the current pace he’ll deport fewer people than were deported under Bush and around a million fewer than were deported under Obama.

But that' the thing, there's nothing silly about it. What we see is the immediate attempt to ******** people, to divert their gaze from what is real and to make them believe something that isn't real. It's not an accident of nature, it's all done on purpose. Of course it is all intelligence-insulting and malicious stuff designed to intoxicate and manipulate the most vulnerable in society but it is crucial for people to understand it's all manufactured precisely with that in mind. They're not silly lies, they are pretty much deliberate and we have to accept that it works to a serious extent.

There was also the small matter of being an illegal immigrant, for that reason wanted by ICE and for that reason too... made to escape. We mustn't really swallow the use of the word 'allowed' to escape as if it had been his idea. Did he ask the Judge politely or something?

We have no idea who's idea it was because the judge shut off the recordings of the sidebar conversation.

But the fact remains that the judge obstructed a federal enforcement officer which as she should know is against the law.
