Hey all
wondering how your managing to get thru the ocr eng lit course? I do Never let me go, Jek+Hyde, Macbeth, and conflict poetry (towards a world unknown). Anyone got advice on how to revise it efficiently? I find Eng lit revision incredibly tedious and dull really cant be fussed with learning 70 quotes per book for 3 books/a play and then 15 poems

Seventy quotes per book? What? You do not have to learn that much at all! I got away with less than half of that overall! Ridiculous!

For the poetry I revised 2 poems that fit each genre (eg internal conflict, effects of conflict, war/battle, cultural conflict- some poems fit more than one so in total I revised 6 poems) and made posters with 4 language points, 3 structure points, 2/3 rhyme points and how it relates to conflict. For the other texts I revised around 3 key moments for each character with around 4 quotes and then found some quotes relating to each theme.
