I need help with English. I don't even know what to do for it.
For Lit:
-Make sure you know the books you are studying well enough to summarise them, remember the key events and the main characters.
-Compile a list of quotes for main characters, as well as the key themes of the books and memorise them!
-Start doing a few practice questions regarding specific themes or characters you aren't too confident on - chances are (usually) the questions will be about the main themes/characters but don't only focus on those! Sometimes the exam boards like to throw in questions on much more lowkey areas of the books, so make sure you go over everything.

For Lang:
I didn't really do much revision for language, but I found it was helpful to follow these ideas:
-Compile and memorise a short list of high vocab words that you know the definition of, and know when to use - for definite it will score you some extra marks, examiners love big words; eg. instead of using basic words like blue, use higher vocab ones like cerulean or something like that.
-Make sure you plan out your response before answering the question - you don't need to have a definite ending, you could leave your writing on a cliff hanger, as long as you did what the question was asking you, and at a high level.
-Obviously use lots of techniques, again, examiners love that.

I can't really remember under which exam poems go, but just basically do the same stuff as for literature; know the poems well enough to summarise, make sure you know what the poet is trying to express to the audience and how (eg. what techniques are used and where), and memorise key quotes. My friends mainly memorised all the poems, but frankly I think that's a waste of time.
Did my exams last year and managed to get 8s for both language and literature using these bits of advice, so I do recommend using this lol.
Good luck on your exams

Depends on the school; some schools might not have study leave at all.

I've been predicted all 7/8s but I would really like to aim for some 9s if possible. I'm taking maths, English, triple science, Spanish, geography, PE, and Latin. Any study tips to get me there?

I go to a grammar school and last year study leave was 1 week and the year before it was 2 weeks. Now it's literally 2/3 days for most students and 1 for me. We finished the syllabus for every subject about 2 months ago. I'm currently skiving all of this week because there's no point going to school when its just independent revision (kids just talking to each other)
