Which SPSS test to use?

My dissertation consists of my Qualtrics survey, and is exploring the different gender attitudes towards cyberstalking. My dissertation also looks at The dark Triad (narcissism, Machiavellianism, and psychopathy), and includes a 19-item scale within my survey on this. I will also be looking at Empathy, and have included a 19-item scale for this. My survey also has a 32-item questions on stalking. All scales are Likert Scales.

I want to run a statistical test that will let me see the female and male correlations of their answers on these 3 scales. Which SPSS test would I use for this??

Run the means for males and females, then t-test.

Likert scales - or rather ordinal data can't really be treated as continuous, so I would advise against trying to do any kind of straight up multiple regression analysis.
