In London , the place is full of conflict and despair , it is poverty stricken - " every infant's cry of fear "
This could comapare well to " The emigree" , as the place is presented as a wondrous delight , juxtaposing the city of london. To look for similarities , you could compare the " docile paper" which lies down to thhe poor people who are dying in London
