Feel so burnt out despite not doing any work

1. Exhaustion
Maybe you just feel tired . Exhaustion can be emotional, mental or physical. Just take a break for a bit and maybe you'll feel more relaxed.
2. Lack of Motivation
When you don’t feel enthusiastic about anything anymore or you no longer have that internal motivation for your work, there’s a good chance you’re experiencing burnout.
3. Frustration etc
You may feel like what you’re doing doesn’t matter that much anymore and everything about the work frustrates you.
4. You could be experiencing issues with family/friends/relationships...?
5. Maybe you're a perfectionist and everything you feel that what you're doing isn't good enough? If so, just cut yourself some slack
Hope this helps but I think overall, just rest it out for a bit because that's better than feeling even more burnt out and unsatisfied.
