AQA A Level Bio Inheritance Q

How do we know the parent genotype for Tall , Yellow is TtYY and not TtYy or TTYY ??
Both require dominant allele so couldn't it be either? What am i missing?

parental phenotypes: Tall, yellow x Dwarf, white
parental genotypes: TtYY x ttyy
gametes: TY, tY x ty
fertilisation
F1 genotypes: TtYy, ttYy
F1 phenotypes: Tall, yellow + dwarf, yellow
ratio is 1:1

F1 generation would contain plants with white flowers if the tall plant with yellow flowers was heterozygous for yellow (Yy)
F1 generation would not contain Tall + dwarf in ratio 1:1 if the tall plant were homozygous for tall (TT). It would only contain tall plants in that case.
