I've chosen my options for year 10 recently and I'd like to know if they're good enough to go into mechanical engineering and such
My subjects:
Maths
English lit and language
Combined Science
Drama
Art
Computer science

I'm not sure if I just messed my options up since they're apparently not very academic. Is this true?

In truth gcse options arent very important unless you dont do a gcse for an A Level you wish to do in the future. Youve picked english maths science and a computer subject which is good. Youve got no humanity however (geo history etc) which could mean u might not be able to do a humanity A Level but you still could. Overall youve picked a good range and shouldnt worry. You certainly havent messed up
