So a couple of times recently I have been asked for my mobile number and I am new to the UK and I have a new number, so say my mobile number is +44 7368 123456, do I give it as 07368 123456? Do I not put on the zero? I am confused

You put it with the 0. However, either work, so you can do the +44, etc if you'd like as well.
