Vitamin C investigation -alevel Chemistry TITRATION

I'm trying to study the effect of temperature of storage on the vitamin C content of oranges. I have 2 questions please
1- The setup isn't exactly working in my head. If I'm going to control the temperature using a thermostatically controlled water bath, then where should I place the oranges ? In what types of containers basically ? This is for a level purposes so you don't have to be very specific but I feel like if I put the oranges in a plastic container and then in the water bath, it'll float and it just doesn't look right.

2-Is it better to put the DCPIP in the burette or the conical flask during titration ? And in both, what is the colour ch ange at end point ? I think its easier to put DCPIP in the conical flask because I can identify the colour at the end point more easily but I feel like it makes more sense for DCPIP to be in the burette. And one last thing, What concentration of DCPIP should I use ?
Thank you.
