I’ve been sucking my thumb all my life I’m going to be turning 14 soon how do I stop?

Why stop? Lots of adults secretly suck their thumb (secret due to social reasons). It's free, legal, without drugs or calories, instantly calming, quiet, aids in sleep and concentration, is quiet, non-intrusive (unlike smoking, etc.) and more. Where else can you find those combined features?
