Im on my 3rd period, in 15 and have never had cramps. I know some people just never get cramps and obviously I’m hoping I am just one of those people. I just wanted to know if anyone had ever started getting cramps like a year after their first period or something? Or have you always had them, right since your first period or even before that??

I remember that my first period wasn't painful, and I think a couple after that were okay (it was 11 years ago to be fair ), but after that they became painful and have been since. If you do start getting cramps then taking painkillers when the pain starts and lying down with a heated wheat bag or hot water bottle usually helps
