can somone pleasee explain, how am I suppose to compare Negligence with the tort of Rylands v Fletcher??

The only thing that is similar is forseeability, so why do some people believe Rylands can just be part of negligence???

If you find some journal articles which argue that Rylands is just a part of negligence, you might have some idea why people think it.
