Lots of people on Twitter saying he might be named Spencer in honour of his grandmother.

I personally wish he were called Edmund: it’s such a classy, royal male name which hasn’t been overused either.

I’m trolling. The clue’s in Hewitt. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if the actual name were still grim.

Will they go for something traditional - Arthur, James

or different - Spencer is being mentioned by some Royal watchers.or Bear would be a good name
Yes, the royal great grandchildren - George, Charlotte, Louis and Bear.

Went from Downton Abbey to Geordie Shore real quick.

If Prince Philip's grandparents had not anglicised their surname it would be Battenburg not Mountbatten. If then the Queen had not called her children Mountbatten-Windsor but retained Battenburg, it would be Charles's, William and Harry's surname, and that of the new baby. Strange but true.

I predict it will not be called James, given the allegations about Harry's parentage.

It's high time we acted like proper Europeans and rejected all this Windsor nonsense and call them William and Katie Saxe-Coburg-Battenburg von Rumstein, along with Harry and Meghan Hewitt.
