Is this syntactic parallelism? :)

‘She looks at a slip of paper, then at the building, then again at the slip and again at the building’

If not what is the key lang feature here? (I'm looking at its repetition of 'then')

If it is just the repetition of the adverb, I do not see why anaphora wouldn't be accepted here. I wouldn't say it is syntactic parallelism because the second dependent clause contains an adverb phrase at the beginning, as opposed to just the adverb 'then'. Others are free to pitch in and oppose this though.
