Double standard regarding MJ vs Gary Glitter

Noticed that a lot of radio stations still play MJ whereas Glitter was completely blackballed. Of course, some will hide behind the fact that MJ was never convicted, so essentially are giving a widely believed paedophile the benefit of the doubt. I'm not defending Glitter but if society has one standard (i.e. denying paedophile or his estate a source of income) then the same standard should be applied across the board.

I agree. Jimmy Savile not convicted of anything but stripped of title etc.

As with all historical sex offences, it is often the weight of numbers that convicts, or if they have passed, condemns.
I agree.

If you believe MJ is innocent you'll believe anything. MJ is the American Savile.
