I don't understand how the nucleus can move from left to right but also move clockwise

any help would be great

The magnetic field causes it to move in a clockwise circle.
The electric field causes it to move to the right.

Because of the electric field, it no longer moves in a circle. Now it just curves in the clockwise direction instead of circling around clockwise.
