CIE A Level Economics - Help

Is anyone doing A Level Economics for CIE? All I see is AQA and I just needed some clarification for the papers. For paper 4, is it a requirement to link economic theory to real-life examples, as in do we need to name specific examples like the New Deal or stuff like that? Also, how do you structure a 25 marker? Thanks!
