There’s no way to find this out other than through a Freedom of Information request. UCAS wipe all records on their site and didn’t produce a newspaper listing in 2018.

What was available in the past doesn’t really tell you anything about 2019 though.

I thought it could be indicative of 2019’s potential vacancies

Not really. If you’re interested in whether a specific course might be available in clearing then ring them up and ask them. They will often be able to give a good indication if it’s very likely/unlikely or will be vague if they’re not quite sure.
