I do adopt many people, actually! I have two honorary daughters (my son's girlfriend and my best friend's daughter). When my elder son was at uni, he had a friend who was very sweet. However his parents lived in Belfast, so could rarely come over and see him. That meant he would join us for a slap up meal whenever I came to Oxford. As for marriage, I think you are a little to young for that... however I don't see a queue forming for me, at all!

Tea, about 7pm, Liverpool region.
for THOSE WHO VOTED: DINNER-NORTHENER and DINNER-MIDLANDER

Anonymously or openly state which region please!!

North East England (Newcastle, Northumberland, Sunderland, Durham, Stockton...)
North West England (Liverpool, Lancashire, Manchester, Cheshire, Blackpool...)
Yorkshire (Leeds, Bradford, Doncaster...)
East Midlands (Nottingham, Leics, Lincolnshire..)
West Midlands (Brum, Staffs, Black Country, Warwick...)

Cheers!!! That's really the purpose of the thread!
I am from Yorkshire

what do u mean winning....???
it's not a competition, it's an observation. it just means many people on tsr are from south england. it doesnt mean people prefer saying one or the other...

its really not that deep...im not looking for a majority. im looking for explanations because im interested in what people in this country say. how divided we are over a small ****ing word.
