IB Certificate and universities.

I'm taking IB Diploma at the moment it's been 3 or more months since I've taken it, honestly with my previous test results and those extra (EE,CAS,TOK) things I could hardly maintain myself a good score let alone a good IB Diploma, I've been considering on taking IB Certificate but I don't know if a uni will accept me or not, since most requirements I've seen to be accepted there did not mentioned anything about IB, or the total average points you need for yourself to get in, in the uni. I'm not rlly planning to go to the top 20 uni in the world, basically the best ones fyi, just decent ones are fine. My passion is always in the creative part of the industry. I'm an artist yeah seems pretty hard to imagine someone like me actually getting an IB Diploma I've accepted my flaws and dipped .
