How to draw ligands/complexes (arrows?)

for 2aii on this paper, the ms says you need to draw arrows from the n to the ligand, yet on other papers it hasn't shown this. Im basically just confused to whether we draw arrows or not? Or just a line? thanks https://pmt.physicsandmathstutor.com/download/Chemistry/A-level/Topic-Qs/AQA/Inorganic-II/2.5-Transition-Metals/Set-F/Substitution%20Reactions%201%20QP.pdf
as far as i know you usually draw arrows, ask ur doubt on this threadhttps://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/showthread.php?t=5936352 youll probably get more responses
