I'm thinking about applying to Durham University in October, however, I'm not sure which college would be best suited for someone who hopefully will study psychology. I particularly like John Snow, University College and St Johns. Are these good for a psychology student?

Hi - sorry you haven't had a response to this yet. I'm just going to bump the thread in the hope that someone sees this and can help

Why do I do this?

The Universities forums get a lot of questions that are unanswered. This is often because the OP's thread got missed - bumping threads gives them another lease of life and frequently results in someone seeing it and being able to respond

If you would like to help with unanswered questions check out the first part of the list here and don't forget the second part of the list here.

Or if you have questions, get in touch with Puddles the Monkey.

First decide if you would prefer catered or self catered accommodation then once thats narrowed down look at the location in relation to where Pyschology is taught ( guessing Mountjoy) and extra curricular offerings that suit you. John Snow is very different to St Johns. They have a great brochure you can download on all the colleges.

This shows colleges at a glance most of the self catered are near Mountjoy and John Snow and South college are new buildings for 2020 intake.
