Finding it difficult to be back Watch

I go to university and I had to go back home for a month to cover my sisters work shifts while she goes to Japan, I love my mum and dad even though we don't see quite eye to eye, and I also live in the country and it's very quiet. I don't have friends left here and not much to do and it means I overthink and get massive panic attacks quite a bit which affect me a lot. I immediately want to drive home back to my uni, do I call my work and tell them I can't do the shifts and drive back to falmouth uni with my mates or do I try stick it out and work for a month even with panic attacks. I'm a bit perplexed as I don't know whether I will be okay at uni ( as there are distractions) if I'm feeling this way at home.
