Not sure about the accuracy of this source, but it's the closest insight I could think of for such a question.

According to the below on the highest percentage of middle class students from the universities you have suggested:
1. St Andrews
2. Durham
3. Bristol
4. Exeter

I don't consider any of them posh. I mean no matter their background the average student at all of them will be living off pasta and pot noodles, getting smashed off the cheapest lager, and refusing to take out the trash. :dontknow:
