I really want to do a masters degree at LSE but the one I want to do is £21,000, I read online student finance can lend you up to £10,600 but are there any other funding options available to help someone with £0 to live in London and pay the other 10 grand?

There are partial grants offered by different organisations (such as educational trusts and charities), but not everyone qualifies for them. LSE may also offer small grants, take a look here. Otherwise, you'll have to find the money yourself, by working and saving up before you can go.
