I will be missing out on summer graduation due to deffered exams in August.
So when would I be able to graduate ?
Does Aston have winter ceremonies for undergraduate degrees?
And how does graduating later effect me applying for a masters ? Because I wont graduate till later can I still apply for masters that start in September?

Can you apply for Master in Sept? Ask the target unis and find out when you will get your marks. I believe you will need to have a transcript so you need to know when you can provide it to the uni and that depends on when they will be marked by. It would be very tight but some masters courses might not start till Oct.
The other issue is make sure with sfe there are no finance overlap issues.

You will most likely graduate in the following summer graduation ceremonies in 2020, however as mentioned above the university is able to provide your transcript as a confirmation of your degree for job interviews / entrance onto master's programmes, upon request.
