intense workout causing pain Watch

I had dance class yesterday and my new teacher made us do an intense warm up and now my whole body is in pain
Im familiar with it as i used to do martial arts so of course it'll naturally go away in a few days maybe a week's time but i dont feel like going about my normal day in discomfort. I keep hearing clicking and it hurts to laugh. I will resort to painkillers but im not sure if thats necessary and would prefer alternative remedies

Any advice on how to reduce the stiffness?

Have a hot shower or bath. And definitely take painkillers for a few days (ibuprofen is better if you can take it)

Massage your muscles and eat foods with protein in as well!
