Literally what I was going to say. I’m surprised it wasn’t mentioned earlier. Spend the whole night and then the following day awake. That way you’ll be tired and sleepy when it comes to the following night.

that's the point -you will fall asleep early and then if you keep going to bed at the same time for the next few nights, your body will get used to falling asleep early
