Is it possible to write 7000 words of a dissertation in just under 4 days

I wrote my diss in a day, including references. It wasn't the best and I didn't get stunning marks, but I was so stressed that I just wanted it over with. I got a 2:2 for that, but a 2:1 overall. I'd most definitely have got a first if I'd taken my time over it, but a 2:1 isn't anything to be ashamed of in the slightest.

It's only going to get worse if you keep waiting. University is all about helping yourself, and taking the initiative to ask for help when you need it. If you really want to try doing it alone, then that's fine, but I hope you don't regret not seeking help when you had the chance.

It is possible. Seen people do it and end up with firsts.
There's been people travelling on trains writing an entire assignment in half an hour.
