Liberty Court Accommodation De Montfort Uni (Looking for a tenant)

I am currently paying for a (33 Castle Street) Liberty Court En-Suite accommodation that I will not be using from 20 Sep 2019 to 17 Jul 2020. Therefore I am looking for a male tenant (single sex) that could use the room.

It has a kitchen/common area that has a fridge, TV, kettle, microwave and oven.

It is great for people who are going to De Montfort University or University of Leicester as it is very close to the university only being a 10 - 20 minute walk.
