I’ve always thought there was not much simple context for either book and now I’m stressing !
What context can I write about

for Jekyll, you can talk about the transgression of scientific boundaries ( "scientific heresies") , Victorian fear of regression ("ape like fury") and the Victorian gentleman- for this, talk about the warnings Stevenson presents about repression . ((ig you can also include things like sacrilege but that links back to scientific boundaries))

for Macbeth you can talk about the divine right of kings and regicide , subversion of female expectations and gender reversal between Macbeth and Lady Macbeth- there are loads of quotes that can easily link to context for Macbeth-
