how do you know? I'm also sweating quite a bit and feel more tired than usual and out of breath when I do stuff
My dude, you ate a lot. Eating can make you sleepy, explains the tiredness. Feeling sick is a natural thing if you've ate too much, the swollen stomach may be because you swallowed a ton of air while eating. You will feel tired and find it harder to do stuff if your stomach is bigger than usual.. You're for one carrying more weight and the food in your stomach is putting a bit more pressure on your lungs which can make it harder to breathe.
You're over reacting.

A&E should be for emergencies only.

If chewable indigestion tablets are drugs nowadays, then yes.

I think we all need a solid box or two of Rennie tablets after hitting up a Nandos.

i had a very large meal this evening with a lot of carbohydrates involved and quite fatty foods too, it made me quite thirsty so i ended up drinking a lot of water afterwards. now i feel very full up and even slightly sick, my stomach seems swollen even more so than just a full stomach. i also feel quite sleepy and tired and keep almost drifting off but i'm terrified i'll go into some sort of coma or something if i do. should i go to a&e??????
If you are concerned I recommend calling 111.

Come to think of it, you're right. Third trimester at least. OP emergency room right now. I think this is a sign the baby is coming. xD

(Sarcasm btw) - just cause there's so many idiots out there.

Yes he ate too much and his stomach ruptured in his sleep. The gastric acid dissolved part of the mattress
