"You will need to achieve A minimum of 72 UCAS Tariff points From a minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent"

I'm doing 3 a levels and one AS course right now. Does that statement mean that if I fail/pass my AS course it won't matter as they asking for A levels

You can get in to that course but if you're doing 3 A Levels and 1 AS, wouldn't you want to go to another uni?

Probably not but don't take my word for it and if you can at least try to get a good grade in it.

Hi gb123454321

That's correct, it states that you need 72 UCAS points from a minimum of 2 A Levels. This means that they will only take into consideration your A Levels and not your AS.

72 points is equivalent to 1 B grade and 1 C grade.

Hope this helps

It applies to the University where you got the quote from. They are stating that you need 72 Points from A-Levels or equivalent. AS isn't equivalent and they don't mention anything about AS levels.

You can always call the University to ask them if you are concerned. Or better still email them and then you have proof of your conversation with them. They will get a lot of questions like this - and won't take them long to respond.
