But it's difficult to know whats in your control. It may seem something can be changed so easily if you work at it, but it just may not be that way. (This isn't about exams considering it is exam season)

I agree with that 100% but the way the world and society is, it's difficult to follow this rule. You may follow it for a random period and forget about it after. I know its difficult to respond to this because its just so hopeless, but...
