STATISTICS 2019 cie may June

So for anyone who took statistics there are questions where you are asked to determine if two probabilities are the same and your answer should never independent or not independent I don’t know why I wrote dependet the correct answer was not independent so is it accepted ?
i think its correct because saying something is not independent is the same as saying they are dependent, what were your values by the way?(p intersection s),(probability of p)x(probability of s)

I don’t really remember the values sorry. I just remember they where not equal . Sorry
