I recently found out that, despite me having rest breaks, I'm sat amongst everyone else in the hall. It terrifies me and I feel too anxious to actually take the rest break.
Is having your own room or being in one with less people something offered by JCQ (and so has to be applied for in advance) or is it down the college? I'm not sure if it's too late to ask.

You can have a room to yourself but you have to ask beforehand. Honestly, I suggest you ask your school as soon as you and see what they can do.
