Changing supervisors/universities impact on loans

I'm a PhD student in my first year, and I want to switch to a supervisor that is at another university. I would still be pursuing the same project, just with a different supervisor and at a different uni. I already have an offer available from the second uni. But how would this impact my student loan - would I be able to transfer my student loan that I currently have from this uni to the new one?
