This is weird to be honest. For me when I'm stressed, I usually don't eat as I want to finish what I'm stressed about first before I even think about making food etc. I guess it's because I've always ate less than any normal person and because I'm really skinny. Weird to see it the other way round where people get upset when they eat too much, I feel upset when I don't because I hate the fact I'm so bony lol
