didnt know what to call this thread.

what i've noticed is: everyone reminisces about the past (1990s,1980s etc)

in 2019, people were marathoning songs from 2009 on twitter to reminisce. like it's crazy! in 2009, no one was crying about how good 1999 songs were! ppl loved the new tracks. nowadays ppl always bring back old songs and old disney shows. it's like no more sweet memories are being made, we only have the old ones to relive over and over.

teens are so socially awkward bc they live in their phones, the fashion is so new idk it's so weird. ppl are so monotoned and not friendly

in this video ppl seem so ALIVE..everything just seems so warm and homely and human idk how to explain it. even the blurry video quality i appreciate. nowadays, cameras film soooo clearly. everything just seems so overexposed and there are no boundaries idk i hope u understand what i mean

do u like 2019? do u also think ppl act so non human nowadays?

go into the countryside and you'll see people live differently than they do in big urban university cities

Don’t worry about what other people do and focus on making your own memories

Nostalgia ain't what it used to be ...

And, re the quote above, yes they were. You just didn't notice it.
Don't blame us for your lack of awareness

In 2009 we couldn’t help playing Princes 1999. Great song and a missed artist.
