AQA A LEVEL psychology research method reliability and validity?

What is the difference between reliability and validity? If for example, for one strength of Harlow's geese study is that Guiton replicated and found similar findings (chicks would imprint on yellow gloves), then is this good internal reliability? OR VALIDITY? I am so confusion plz explain explain. Thanks
That would be validity as the results are concordant. Reliability is more about the method of the study eg. If the method of the experiment does not relate to what they were investigating then the study is not reliable as there are flaws in the method
