So currently I am sitting Edexcel Geography A.
In class we learnt two different case studies for drought in a developing country (Ethiopia and Namibia).
My teacher suggested we do Ethiopia but personally, I remember the Namibian case study easier.

Say the question comes up, will I not recieve marks if I talk about Namibia? Do I have to talk about Ethiopia or do I have the choice?
Thank you

Have you looked in the spec to see if the spec actually mentions a specific country? Honestly, no, not at all. The mark schemes do not look for a specific country that you have to mention because obviously, different schools study different case studies.
Unless of course Ethiopia is a better example to use than Namibia because it shows issue x or it mentions issue y then no. Does not matter at all.
