Hi, so im doing combined science trilogy foundation for my gcses, AQA, and i know we get 2 grades for eg. 4-4 or 4-5, i was wondering how they determine these grades, is it that they add up all your marks from your 6 papers and compare it with the rest of the country and make grade boundaries from that or if not HOW, because i think i got around 20/70 in both biology and chem paper 1 and i think thats a fail and i was hoping to turn that around in the rest of the papers!!!!

They add up all the marks across all the papers and then give you a grading dependent on where they make the boundaries
