Some students who study psychology are also quite immature so what does maturity have to do with anything?

She means a mature student as in she’s over 21 years old.

You'd wanna check which centers allow private candidates.
And you'd have to choose between two options of psychology you have in Dubai
CIE A level psychology
GCE/IAL Edexcel Psychology
once you decide on that you can then see if you wanna self study or enroll in a center or such and you start looking from there

Good luck!
