I was wondering if in the exam they will specifically ask about a volcano or earthquake or just say ' a named tectonic hazard' because I have only learnt the earthquake case studies, not the volcano ones.

Don't worry we haven't learnt a volcanic case study. The earthquake case study will be fine.
