Anyone had any experience of just searching for a room. Experience with housemates you have never met. I’m guessing it’s a lottery in an ideal world I would want housemates who I could devlop friendships with (which I’m hoping would be easy if you share a house lol)

Alright so instead of waiting for spaces to open up on buy/sell and flatmate pages I have instead taken the initiative to look up rooms and stuff on landlord websites.

I’m currently looking at unipol for Nottingham and I found some rooms which are a good location and price.

Although, I would like to hear others experiences. How were the people you ended up being put with? The area I’m looking at is pretty much a student area.
