Is feeling guilty/disgusted after eating normal?

Long story short I developed disordered eating ages ago and now I can’t really focus much on what I’m eating due to fasting etc... it’s obviously still stuck in the back of my head so does that mean I’m okay?

Its normal if you've eaten junk, if its in general you should see a doctor before deficiencies kick in since some effects will be irreversible and others will take a huge amount of time to restore
There is no good food and bad food, obvs eating more nutritious foods will probably put you in a better mood, but as long as you're hitting your calories and not losing weight then ur good. Try and eat at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight (so if u are 120 pounds eat 120 grams of protein per day) as well since this will prevent bone and muscle wasting

I only ever feel disgusted after eating if I eat certain meats or something extremely greasy.
