How to get 110g protein in my diet?!? Watch

So I've done a macronutrient calculation and It tells me that i need to eat 110g protein a day to lose weight and tone up as i intend to. However being on a tight budget I am struggling to afford general big sources of protein like meat. I brought some flavourless protein powder and tried it in my porridge for a few days and it just doesn't taste right.

What can I do to up my protein?! If I dont use the powder I'll average about 50-60g a day.

Mix the powder with water and down it. Even if you don't really like the taste it's 5 seconds of taste tops.

Yeah, i agree with the above, just down the protein powder with water. I don't know about other flavours but I find the strawberry flavoured whey from myprotein actually tastes quite nice with water.

If you're ok with the lactose then skimmed milk is another option for relatively cheap protein.
