Is it a stackable offence to **** off residents in a care home?

I've caught a care home manager on camera ****ging off a disabled resident to a staff member in a care home, is this a sackable?

Depends exactly what was said. There would have to be an investigation of all aspects of the conversation, behaviours, actions etc.

If you are worried about what you saw, then there will be notices/information in the care home/company website about how to formally report this, including what to do if the manager is involved.
